今天巴拿馬新聞報首頁標題『Alerta por golosina tóxica 注意！有毒！』，繼中國的三鹿奶粉後，中國進口的White Rabbit白兔糖果(dulce)第一個被先行下架，因為巴拿馬食品安全局(AUPSA, Autoridad Panameña de Seguridad de Alimentos)為了預防中國製的產品含有三聚氰胺而採取的措施『.....como medida preventiva frente a la crisis que se vive en China por la leche en polvo –ingrediente principal de esos dulces– contaminada con melanina.』，另外食品安全局也呼籲巴拿馬民眾不要購買原產地為中國的乳製品，上週五食品安全局也與巴拿馬當地的進口商(importadores locales)開會要求回收糖類食品(caramelo)(焦糖、太妃糖、乳糖等)，巴拿馬的消費者保護協會(Instituto Panameño de Derecho de Consumidores y Usuarios)批評食品安全局的反應動作太慢，哈，這點跟台灣很像，但是巴拿馬的衛生部似乎沒有參與這件黑心奶粉的處理，沒有在新聞上看到任何意見，有點奇怪，不過台灣政策反覆造成的後果似乎更嚴重！
另外巴拿馬大多數都是使用母乳，記得前陣子克寧奶粉才在推銷人工奶粉的優點，畢竟巴拿馬也算是個未開發的市場。
另外看一下世界衛生組織上的說明，『WHO recommends that all infants should be fed exclusively with breast milk for the first six months of life. No other liquid or food, not even water, is needed during this period.』其實像巴拿馬這國家使用母乳是很好的習慣。
