[哥倫比亞] 首都波哥大大眾交通工具Transmilenio獲得金援

安地斯開發集團(Andean Development Corporation;Corporación Andina de Fomento)決定金援哥倫比亞首都的大眾交通系統-Transmilenio，這次的政策也是Corporación Andina de Fomento因應聯合國京都協議的第一個全球性交通補助計畫，為的是要改善波哥大老舊還有排放廢氣，汙染嚴重的大眾交通系統。
